SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT

Fill out the new account form which is located on our website at www.ponders.com. Complete the form on-line and submit it to Ponderís by clicking the submit button. Or, fax this form to Ponderís Georgia Contract Customer Service at 229-226-6115. You may order when your account has been set up.

PLACING AN ORDER

By Phone: 229-226-3341 or 800-647-3333.

By Fax: 229-226-6115. A blank fax order form is printed in our catalog. You may copy it and use to fax orders to us.

By Internet:
Go to www.ponders.com and click on State of Georgia EZ Ordering. From there you should be able to place your order.

By e-mail: supply@ponders.com

ALL orders must include the following:
* Your account number
* Purchase order number or credit card number with
   expiration date and cardholder name
* Name and address of purchaser
* Complete ship to address
* Full item number (Please use Ponder's item numbers)
* Brief description of product
* Unit of measure
* Quantity of items (please use Ponder's catalog unit
   of measure to insure 100% quality control).

MINIMUM ORDERS

Ponderís has a minimum order of $50.00 for FREE delivery. Any orders less than minimum will incur a fee.

DISCOUNTS

This catalog represents the 272 CORE PRODUCTS on the State Contract. Your contract pricing is stated in the catalog. You will receive aggressive prices on the remaining 25,000 office products in our full line catalog. Please contact your Ponder's Sales Rep for additional discounts.

CREDIT TERMS

Ponder's standard terms are net 30 days.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Rubber stamps, nameplates, badges, and other specialty advertising must be ordered through our customer service department. Samples must be faxed over or mailed in. No orders will be taken over the phone. Contact customer service for further instructions.

Ponder's offers the finest quality commercial printing from catalogs, brochures, forms, letterheads, invitations, etc. Rubber stamps, seals, signs, and desk plates are available.

DELIVERY

Ponderís trucks, UPS or FedEx, will deliver orders. There is no delivery charge for normal delivery on orders over $50.00. Please call our customer service department with any changes in normal delivery information

RECEIVING

You must check your carton count and sign the delivery ticket. If the count on the ticket is not what you receive, cross out the number and change to the amount you received before you sign it. Check the contents as soon as possible and report any damage, shortages, or errors to our customer service department within 10 working days. We will advise you on how we will resolve the problem. Keep all shipping boxes, packing slips and original packages.

RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

POLICY: Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern.

For a return authorization please contact our service department or you may obtain it from our web page. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Follow the rules as noted here for each condition:

Error by Ponder's: We will replace the item with no shipping cost to you.
Special order items: These are not returnable.
Damaged items: Will be replaced at no charge.
Customer error: Ponder's will make every effort to assist you at no cost. However, after 30 days a restocking fee will apply.
Process: Step #1: Call our Customer Service Department
Please provide all the pertinent information including your invoice number and SKU number of the product being returned/credited.
Step #2: Give A Brief Description of the Reason for the Return/Credit
*Product is damaged/defective
*Delivery related
*Original order incorrect
*Customer Request
*Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of
   returned merchandise
NOTE: Please do not write on the boxes or product being returned.

BACKORDER POLICY

We will attempt to ship all orders complete within three days of receipt of order. In the event that the order cannot be filled completely, the out-of-stock items will be placed on back order. All customers will be notified of back orders and given the option of accepting or canceling the back order. You may then reorder the item or choose a suitable substitute item.
